KO Cup Final
Congratulations to Stanford In The Vale on winning the the KO Cup this season beating Chieveley.
The match was a tight all the way with only 1 or 2 shots between the teams until the last end when Les Gray, Bridget Evans & Justin Bowerman picked up a 3 over Gill Hornsey, Roy Rayner & Norman Cottrell to win 20-5, on the other mat Tom Gardiner, Gordon Willcox & Matthew Edwards picked up a single over Lee, Luke & Dave Simms to lose 6-16

——————— SAFEGUARDING POLICY UPDATE OCTOBER 22
Dear Members, the OSMBA Safeguarding sub-committee has met and have reviewed and agreed that our Safeguarding policies have be updated. These are wholly aligned to the ESMBA and Bowls Development Alliance frameworks and are available on our Safeguarding page. Our County Safeguarding Officer will be in touch shortly to encourage clubs to adopt these policies in full.

Dear members,
We are delighted to have finally secured our Safe County status after many months of work. This covers us to be able to invite other counties to Oxford & District for ICC games and also to host our many County and National Competitions there.
Thanks to Ros our Safeguarding Officer and Gareth for the tireless work on getting this over the line.
